A holistic and natural approach of food allergies look at it as an imbalance that can be corrected by detoxing and changes in diet and lifestyle. Although there is no cure for a food allergy there are things you can to to reduce the symptoms with some natural foods and changes in your diet.
Here are some tip on this.
- Keep up your immune system

This can be done by avoiding food like sugar, gluten and packaged foods. In other words eat more healthy foods.
Add more leafy vegetables, fermented food, and things like kombucha, gluten free flours, and seeds like flax seed and chia seeds. Bone Broth can also help.
These tips and information are just thing I found by doing a little research. I do not claim that they work and recommend you to listen to your physician. I believe however strongly that a healthy lifestyle that includes food that is free of gmo’s, physical activity and a detox ones in a while, can improve your overall health and will maybe reduce or eliminate these allergies.
